Treatment Terms and Conditions


Set out below are Brookside Aesthetics terms & Conditions on which we provide services to our clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully and understood them prior to booking any treatment at Brookside Aesthetics.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy when booking a consultation

We take a fully refundable deposit of £25 for all our consultations this is refunded should you need to cancel, or when you attend the deposit will be deducted from your consultation or treatment cost. Failure to give the full Cancelation notice will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic.  This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient

Booking treatment off a pre-paid value pack:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment being redeemed by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another Client.

Appointments and cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 01245 363889. We will need to know if you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange at least 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the treatment from your pre-paid course or deposit being redeemed.

All new Clients please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. 

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. 

We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. We do not allow Children into the treatment rooms, failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled which will result in a loss of treatment or your deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.

Deposits and payments:

For an appointment with a doctor or therapist a deposit of £25 will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment.

For any subsequent individual treatments with a Doctor a deposit of £25 will be required at the time of booking.

These charges will not be applied to clients booking an appointment from their existing pre-paid course of treatment.

Pre-Paid Courses:

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. 

Pre-paid courses are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.

Initial Consultations:

An initial consultation is applicable to all new clients, as we will assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being paid for and carried out. If you are not suitable, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation.

Medical history Disclosure:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she shares all their relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Brookside Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Brookside Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area..

NHS Discount 20%:

  • Cannot be used against doctor consultations or treatments.
  • A discount can be used on a single treatment or course of treatments.
  • A discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Proof of employment required i.e. valid employment card/recent pay slip and valid photo identification if not on employment card.
  • Validation required when treatment purchased.

Student Discount 20%:

  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  • Discount applicable to treatment courses only.
  • Minimum spend £100.
  • A discount can be used on any therapist led treatments.
  • A discount cannot be used against Doctor led treatments.
  • A discount cannot be used against and therapist or Doctor consultations.
  • Offer is subject to full consultation and patient suitability for treatment.
  • Valid NUS card to be shown when purchasing treatment.
  • Brookside Aesthetics reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time
